Welcome!

I’m Amanda Feige, Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality specializing in Couples and Family Therapy from Saint Paul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology specializing in Developmental Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University; both located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Alongside learning theories of human behaviour and how the mind works, I developed a deep curiosity for the ‘why’ behind what we think, feel, and do. I care deeply about the full range of the human experience and what shapes us over time. This passion has continued to grow through volunteering with families impacted by a loved one’s dementia, as well as travelling to Bali to support mental health through an Eastern lens and immerse in the healing role of spirituality.

I find such deep fulfillment in my work with my clients. Getting to journey along someone who has the courage to explore the deepest and most painful parts of their experiences; to witness someone release trauma; to see someone begin to love themselves; to watch a couple express love after years of disconnection; it is truly an honour to hold space that allows you to really change the trajectory of your life.

I strive to bring a genuine presence, to both nurture and challenge my clients, where we can hold laughter and tears in the same session. Therapy can feel safer and be more effective when you find the right fit. If you’re someone who is motivated to reflect deeply and explore your inner patterns, you’ll feel at home here. I welcome you to reach out via email, call, or booking a consult if my practice is a space you are curious about.

A young woman with brown hair and glasses sits on a brown leather chair, smiling and looking to her right. She is wearing a white blazer, a white top, and black plaid pants. Behind her, there's a large white lamp with a gold and black tripod base, a wooden side table, and a window with gray trim. To her left, there's a white vase with dried pampas grass on a black surface.
